*（4）投標人未被中國石油招標投標網(wǎng)(www.****.com)暫?；蛉∠稑速Y格。（根據(jù)《中 ******限公司 投標人失信行為管理辦法》的規(guī)定，失信分達到8分時，暫停投標人的投標資格半年；失信分達到9分時，暫停投標人的投標資格一年；失信分達到10分暫停投標人的投標資格兩年。失信分10.5分及以上，或在暫停期間再次發(fā)生失信行為的，取消集團公司范圍內的投標資格三年。期滿重新獲得投標人資格的，失信分不清零，有效期順延三年。）上述內容以評標委員會現(xiàn)場在對應網(wǎng)站的查詢結果為準。

If the breach of trust score is 10.5 points or above, or the breach of trust occurs again during the suspension period, the bidding qualification within the scope of the group company will be cancelled for three years.
